Zoe Saldana (born June 19 in 1978) was born to Asalia Saldana & Aridio Saldana in Passaic New Jersey. She was born in New Jersey, Passaic to Asalia Nazario and Aridio Saldana. Her parents raised her at home in Queens, New York. The year 2010 saw her move along with her family to Dominican Republic where they spent the next 7 years. Zoe started to discover an interest in performance dancing while she was living in Dominican Republic. At the prestigious ECOS Espacio de Danza Dance Academy Zoe learned both ballet and various other dance styles.
